Anytime Artisan Listing Form

Thank you for signing up to Anytime Artisan. Our aim is to help you to be discovered by everyone who lives locally (within a 10 mile radius of Fleet) and therefore increase your brand awareness and sales opportunities.


This is an exciting new venture for your business and your creations so please make sure you try to fill in the sections below as fully as possible, to ensure that you achieve maximum benefit from your "stall" listing.

Some of the information might be a bit wordy so it might be an idea to type them into a word document first then paste them into the form, just in case you get a glitch on the internet while you are doing it.  That way you won't lose your hard work and it's available for other promotional materials you might want to create.

This will appear with your chosen main photo, along with all the other artisans. Please provide a short description of your products/service. This is your opportunity to stand out from the other artisans. Try to make sure the wording is clear and concise so that customers know instantly what you are selling,  but ensure that it is also interesting and enticing.  This is your "sales pitch".  Aim for no more that 30 words.  Eg/ Inspired by the beach from my childhood in Cornwall, all my sea themed jewellery is handcrafted in silver in my little garden studio, which is my creative haven. 

This information will appear next to your product photos and profile photo. In order to encourage buyers to buy your products/services, try to make sure your description is as engaging as possible. Please provide a short description including things such as who you are; how/when you started your business; what motivates you; how long you have lived here;  your background; what qualifications you have got related to your skill; something interesting/fun about you. Customers need to understand who you are, what you make and why it is special and trust that they are buying from someone who really knows what they are doing. No more than 100 words.

 Do you offer same day delivery or collection.(ie/customers can order, pay and collect the same day or you can deliver to them the same day?) This is a key selling point for buyers. (The single biggest reason customers don't go through with an order is cost of delivery)

Please state which days of the week you are "open" and at what times (ie when will you be actively responding to enquiries and taking orders) It is important that it is clear to buyers if there are any days and times you are not "open". 

Online shops with good product photos sell more. No matter how amazing your products are, if you don’t have great photos they are less likely to sell. Your pictures can make the difference between a sale and a scroll – and it’s not just about grabbing their attention, it’s also about giving a customer confidence in you and your product. Anytime Artisan provide an inexpensive photography service to ensure that your products look as amazing online as they are in real life.
