Professional working Artist Heather Bailey was born in Zimbabwe, raised in South Africa, and now living in Fleet Hampshire. She studied Fashion Design and Art in Pretoria and continues to draw on the experience of over 35 years of painting. She is a happy and creative person the spills over into all the aspects of life and can be felt in her work.
